Contract: Permanent / Temporary – Flexible working patterns considered

We’re looking for an experienced Gravure Printer to join our specialist security printing team in Wolverhampton.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong gravure print experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a technical, quality-focused production environment.

You’ll be operating a 10-colour gravure press, working with polymer/plastic substrates and helping to produce specialist security-sensitive products to exacting standards.

We’re happy to discuss flexible working patterns and would also consider someone looking for additional weekend work alongside another role, provided they have the right gravure print experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Setting up and operating a 10-colour gravure printing press
  • Working with polymer/plastic substrates
  • Carrying out colour matching, quality checks and press adjustments
  • Monitoring print quality, registration and press performance
  • Completing production and quality records
  • Following strict security, confidentiality and quality procedures
  • Working closely with production, quality and supervisory teams

We’d like to hear from candidates who have:

  • Experience operating gravure printing presses, ideally multi-colour presses
  • A good understanding of print quality, colour matching and substrate handling
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • A reliable, quality-focused and team-minded attitude

Experience with polymer/plastic substrates, security printing, or security-sensitive products would be a real advantage.

Why join us?

You’ll be joining a specialist manufacturing environment where quality, precision and teamwork really matter. We offer the opportunity to work on technically interesting products within a supportive and professional team.
